Homeowners Association

Kingswood's Homeowners Association was originally chartered so we could have a collective voice in the community of Cedar Hill. It has since been recognized as one of the most influential and effective organizations of its kind in our area.

Our Association is a voluntary membership available to all its residents. The dues collected are applied to common areas upkeep and social gatherings.

We would love for you to join our Association. Dues are only $20 per year, a small price to pay to make sure your voice is heard.
